What payment methods are available?

At the moment, we accept PayPal for payments. You can subscribe to one of our plans using your PayPal account.

What happens if payment fails?

If payment fails, all non-free features and entries will be locked. The owner will retain read access to resolve the issue by creating a new subscription. After two weeks, all data will be permanently deleted.

Are the prices inclusive of all fees?

Customers from the European Union will be charged VAT in addition to the listed price.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. All subscriptions are non-refundable, and the paid plan period will stay active until it ends.
